Meath Daily TV popped over to Trim on Sunday to capture the best of Trim’s St Patrick’s Day parade. A fantastic parade, the local community came out in large numbers to cheer the various clubs and groups that walked the streets of Trim.
Highlights at the beginning of this years Navan St Patrick’s Day Parade. It takes a big community effort so well done to everyone who played a part in making it a special occasion for so many!
The Royal Meath Show took place in Trim on the 2nd September 2018 and we were there to capture some of the highlights.
Meath Comhairle Na NÓg held Navan’s first ever colour run in Blackwater Park on Sunday 27th May. All proceeds from the event went to Jigsaw Meath.
We were blown away by the events that unfolded in Kells last night” Santa came to town…but not before a candle lit walk through the streets of the town, a live brass band and fire dancing – yes, FIRE dancing!
We spent the evening in Dunshaughlin for the lighting of the tree. Pretty impressive! Well done to the Harvest Festival committee for organising a safe and family friendly night.
We spent some time in Athboy for the turning on of the lights! Christmas spirit was high despite the awful weather.
Navan turned on its lights this week! Celebrate Christmas with us at Meath Daily TV as we travel to feature the lights around our county this Christmas. Here’s to a safe and happy Christmas to everyone 🙂
The day was a wash-out but the parade carried on! Despite the bad weather thousands of locals turned up to see the hard work that made the 2017 St Patrick’s Day Parade, Navan possible. Thanks to the Navan Shamrock Festival for giving us the best seats in the house for filming the day!
Blackwater Park Navan saw the towns annual fireworks display the night before St Patrick’s Day. Plenty of people turned up and it took almost an hour for the car park to empty after! The Navan Red Cross where there volunteering their time too. Shamrock Festival Facebook Navan Red Cross
